We encourage all customers to use our “FREE” Online Payment service or our “FREE” Phone Payment service by using XpressBillPay. They accept credit card, debit cards and electronic checks. You can also set up your payments for “Auto Pay” or a “One Time” Payment and you can also “opt in” for paperless billing. Call XpressBillPay today at 855-215-5363

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Pay Online- Free Online payments can be made using Xpressbillpay (XBP). www.xpressbillpay.com. You can make a One Time Payment or Setup Auto Pay. XBP’s friendly customer service will gladly help you set it up.

Pay By Phone- Free Phone payments can be made using Xpressbillpay (XBP). Simply call (855) 215-5363. If you wish to speak with XBP’s Customer Service follow the prompts and you will get a live person.

Pay Through District Drop Box- Drop off your water Bill payment along with your Bill payment stub. (If you do not have your Bill payment stub, “Write in your Account # or your Service address on the check or on the envelope. Our District Drop Box is located in front of our office at 437 S. Bluff Road, Montebello.

Pay By Mail- Mail your water bill payment stub along with your Check, Money Order or Cashier’s Check to:

Don’t forget to include your Account # or your Service address on the check, money order or cashiers check.

Pay In Person- Bill payments can be made at the District’s office by APPOINTMENT ONLY. Please call us to make an appointment at (323) 721-4735.
